This
is our idea for a robot conveyor. The robot has one motor that it will
use to go forward and backward. The ultrasonic sensor in the front will
tell the whole robot to stop when a station puts a bar in front of it.
In order for this to work every station is going to need to have a motor
controlling a bar on it that will fall when the robot senses the
conveyor bot and that will go back up after the topping is applied. It
seems pretty complicated but its really not to hard to understand if you
think about it. The conveyor will have a peice of wood under it to make
sure that the robot goes in a straight line and it will have a light
sensor that will sense a piece of tape at the end of the line to know
when to go back.
