Gold 2 building the Sprinkles Robot Design part 1


Today we made a lot of changes from our initial design of our robot.  We made it so that the robot will be able to hold the sprinkles without tape; our initial design involved taping the sprinkles to a contraption on the motor.  We were able to attach and secure that sprinkles without tape by using two bend pieces connect to each other to that the flat part is on the bottom and it curves upward.  We made two of these and attached the ends to rods on both sides and then attached a straight beam on the end of it and used converting pieces to connect the beam to the rods.   Then we attached a front part that goes across the front and leaves just enough room for the sprinkles to get through.  We attached the front beams with the connectors that snap into the holes.
