Mini reeces Chris Hagemeyer First we designed a latch system that will respond to the ultra sonic sensor. We are still figuring out the container we should use and how we can make sure that the reeces do not get clogged up when the latch opens. The amount of time is still questionable depending on how many we would like to fall. When the ultrasonic senses the ice cream bowl under neath it will tell the motor to rotate one rotation backwards and then a second later rotate back forward to close the opening. This will allow the nxt to distribut the reeces rationally with out dumping too many at a time.
