Today we first had to adjust the time after it dispensed so
it wouldn’t dispense a second time on the conveyor’s return run. We also
adjusted the ultrasonic sensor’s distance to make it more sensitive to the
bowl. As we tested it more, it continually jammed. To fix this problem we
decided to add an extra motor that would flick the container after the dispense
of the Reese’s pieces. This meant we had to remove the awesome lamps. On the
program we removed the lamps and added a new motor block to move the flicker
and unjam the container. It would still occasionally jam. We then changed the design
using rubber bands to manage weight and removed a tire to remove potential
sticking area. And we’re done!
